Local Classes

Happiness is... Tai Chi.

Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that combines breathing, slow movements and mental focus. It improves balance, muscle strength, coordination, and overall well-being.

All classes are based on Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Health Institute programs that can be modified for all levels, included seated.
