ST PHILIP'S TAI CHI CLASSES

ALL CLASSES TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED DUE TO BUILDING RENOVATION PROJECT.

FREE TAI CHI GATHERING TUESDAY MORNINGS AT RIO VISTA PARK

While St Philip's is unavailable we meet informally - FREE - to play tai chi at Rio Vista Natural Resource Park.  We  start about 7:30 am Tuesday mornings and continue until we've had enough.  at the north end of Tucson Blvd next to The Loop.  We meet under the big tree near the parking lot.  BRING WATER.  Restroom available.

ORO VALLEY TAI CHI CLASSES ($10/drop-in, $25 for month -4 classes)

Classes held at Church of the Apostles 12111 La Cholla Blvd.  Church is on NW corner of Tangerine Rd and La Cholla Blvd. Entrance off  La Cholla.  Look for tai chi directional signs.

Thursday 9am - 9:50 Tai Chi for Health and Fall Prevention - part 1

Ed Farrelly leads this fundamentals class.  Great for beginners.  No tai chi experience required or assumed.

Wednesday 1pm - 1:50 Introduction to Tai Chi

Ed Farrelly leads this fundamentals class.  Great for beginners.  No tai chi experience required or assumed.

Thursday 10am - 10:50 Tai Chi for Health and Fall Prevention - part 2

Ed Farrelly leads this follow up class, which explores additional forms and goes deeper into tai chi principles.

Robert Armstrong leads this class, which is at Southern Arizona Dance Center - 4801 E29th St (east of Swan)
