Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that combines breathing, slow movement and mental focus. It improves balance, muscle strength, coordination, and overall well-being.
All classes are based on Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Health Institute programs that can be modified for all levels, included seated.
