All Tai Chi for Health Tucson classes are based on Tai Chi For Health Institute programs created by Dr. Paul Lam. The Tai Chi for Health/Fall Prevention set (also known as Tai Chi for Arthritis) is a modified SUN style tai chi that makes it accessible to virtually anyone. And, it can be MODIFIED for all levels, including seated. All Tai Chi for Health Tucson classes are conducted by TCFH Institute certified instructors.
